Welcome to my Online Platform. I practice and teach smart intuitive movements with a focus on endurance and strength training. Relearning from our foundations by restoring the breathe, releasing tension and tightness, then progressing to compound exercises to achieve functional fitness.
What I love about Pilates at home is it relinquishes studio 'ego' which may liberates us to conquer more challenging and dynamic flows. Imani Walker Pilates fuses classical and contemporary Pilates with a high focus on body weight exercises and movements in the Frontal (Side to Side) and Transverse (Rotational) Planes.
